Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and no-shows make it difficult for us to accommodate patients needing urgent care. To ensure we can serve all patients effectively, we have implemented the following policy:
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required for new clients, clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations, and all Saturday appointments. Surgery appointments require a $100 deposit. Deposits are fully refundable when proper notice is given.
Cancellation Notice
To receive a full refund of your deposit, appointments must be canceled according to the following schedule:
Surgery appointments, Saturday appointments, and weekday morning appointments (9am-1pm) must be canceled by 10am the day before your scheduled appointment.
Weekday afternoon appointments (after 1pm) must be canceled by 3pm the day before your scheduled appointment.
No-Show Fees
If a deposit was not collected and an appointment is not canceled within the required timeframe, a no-show fee equal to the deposit amount will be charged to your account.
