Dr. John Duncan
Dr. Duncan grew up in upstate New York, living in Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Houston before settling in the Atlanta area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the State University of New York and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, where he was awarded the Certificate of Merit for proficiency in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. He has worked in general practice and surgery-only practice, and has performed thousands of surgeries. He is also able to converse in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Dr. Duncan and his wife are proud parents to a beautiful baby daughter. Their family also includes three dogs: Sport, a wire-haired terrier mix, and Lilly and Mimi, both Pomeranian mixes. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, bicycling, motorcycling, and running. The pups, however, do not.

Dr. Inna Donelan
Dr. Donelan grew up primarily in Massachusetts and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts before receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia. She is also fluent in Russian.

She is a proud mother of two children and shares her home with three cats—Clementine, Poppy, and Aaron Purr—along with her dog, Berry, and bearded dragon, Haku.

Outside of work, Dr. Donelan enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, spending time with her family, and cheering on Atlanta United. Her love for animals and dedication to compassionate veterinary care make her a valued member of the Winters Chapel Animal Hospital team.

Office Manager

Elizabeth was born & raised in Georgia. She joined our WCAH team in 2018, starting as a kennel assistant and moving up to help us in reception and as a veterinary assistant. As office manager, Liz oversees the daily operations of the clinic. She ensures the clinic is well organized while also managing client/patient relationships. In her spare time Liz likes to hangout with her family and her fur baby, Theodore Robin, a terrier mix. She enjoys caring for animals while educating owners in the best way to provide a happy and healthy routine and life for their pets. She is also able to assist Spanish-speaking owners and families.

Katie was born and raised in Georgia. She has been in the veterinary field for 6+ years! Katie obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English with a Literature minor from Georgia Southern University. Hail Southern! When not at the clinic, you can find Katie at the park with her two pups, Millie and Maggie. Katie not only loves working with animals, but loves getting to know their owners too! She values the relationship between pet and parent. Katie is proud to be part of the management team, where she supports daily operations, mentor staff, and contributes to creating a positive and efficient work environment.
